Lochend Stud is a small family owned and operated Horse Stud, situated on the fertile flood plains of Maitland in the heart of NSW’s Hunter Valley region.

Lochend Stud was founded in 1973 by Hugh Carmody and has been standing high quality, affordable stallions since then and is well-known for the quality of yearlings it produces each year at the Annual Yearling Sales.
